What I hope to be in 10 years time.

I am a college student at Kolej Poly-Tech Mara. I am in my firts year and I am studying Accountancy. After I grad I want to continue study and take degree Fashion design. I want to open my own boutique when I leave and I am very confused as to where I begin and what would be the most beneficial use of my time. I am currently researching into opening my own business but there is soooo much info too absorb.

I want to open my own boutique ! I could not imagine. I how next 10 years later. I aspiring to entrepreneur which successfully. I sighed for open one boutique crowded with dress, shoe, or handbag.

I would love to sell brands like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Coach, Christian Dior, Baby Phat, House of Dereon, Chanel, Seven, DKNY, etc. Yes i thought about making my own clothing line which is something that i would Really like to do, but again where do i start?

I hope so that my dream achieved someday !!!!

a bad habit that i'd be happy to get rid off.

Sleep late at night !!!!!

I am a late sleeper as well. Sometimes I can sleep as late as close to 12:00p.m. But that is usually when I have a rest the next day. During class days I usually sleep at after ten thirty or eleven. But I need to have a nap after lunch. Otherwise I feel very sleepy in the afternoon. But if i got enough time for sleep i can not sleep for 2 day and still feel fresh, sometime i think body can save more energy to always make us keep fit.

How to get a Good Night's sleep? I can share five basic strategies. I CAN OVERCOME IT BETTER !

Firstly, never oversleep. Never oversleep because of a poor night's sleep. This is the most crucial rule. Get up at about the same time every day, especially on the morning after you've lost sleep. Sleeping late for just a couple of days can reset your body clock to a different cycle you'll be getting sleepy later and waking up later.

Secondly, set your body clock. Light helps restart your body clock to its active daytime phase. So when you get up, go outside and get some sunlight. Or if that's difficult, turn on all the lights in your room. Then walk around for a few minutes. The calves of your legs act as pumps and get blood circulating, carrying more oxygen to your brain to help get you going.

Next, exrcise. Keep physically active during the day. This is especially important the day after a bad night's sleep. When you sleep less, you should be more active during the day. Being less active is one of the worst things an insomniac can do.Strenuous exercise (brisk walking, swimming, jogging, squash, etc.) in late afternoon seems to promote more restful sleep. Also, insomniacs tend to be too inactive a couple of hours before bed. Do some gentle exercise. A stretching routine has helped many people.

Thirdly, don't nap. Do not take any naps the day after you've lost sleep. When you feel sleepy, get up and do something. Walk, make the bed, or do your errands. While studying, get up regularly (every 30 minutes, or more often if necessary) to walk around your room. Do a gentle stretch. That will increase the flow of oxygen to your brain and help you to be more alert.

Lastly, set a bedtime schedule using these two steps. First, try to go to bed at about the same time every night. Be regular. Most people get hungry at 7 a.m., noon, and 6 p.m. because they've eaten at those times for years. Going to bed at about the same time every night can make sleep as regular as hunger. Second, go to bed later when you are having trouble sleeping. If you're only getting five hours of sleep a night during your insomnia period, don't go to bed until just five hours before your wake-up time. For instance, if you've been waking up at 7 a.m., don't go to bed until 2 a.m. No naps! Make the time you spend in bed sleep time. Still some insomnia? Go to bed proportionately later. Then, as your time in bed becomes good sleep time, move your going-to-bed time back 15 to 30 minutes a night and do that for a week or so.This is the opposite of what we want to do: we want to go to bed earlier to make up the lost sleep. Learn to do what many sleep laboratories teach go to bed later the night after losing sleep.

I can change it. How about you?

Five things that would really make you happy and why.

Things I'll need is hope, desire, clothes, shoes, lipstick, internet and friends.

Life is only one and i only get that life to make the best of it. If i are home alone, sitting in the sofa, get up, take a shower put on that red dress i love the most, or those shoes that i like, put on lipstick, make myself look pretty. Feel pretty, because i are pretty, there is only one person like i, that's myself.

Do my hair, do my nails, spray some perfume, the one i love the most, the one that make people go, ummmmmmmmmmmm, remembered?. Get on the internet and find out what is on at the movie for this week.

The next thing to do, is to call my friends, invite them to go out with me to buy coffee, to talk, if they are too busy, don't worry go alone, and i will see that just because i look pretty someone will come to me and speak to me at the park. People who feel good about themselves make other people come to them and what to be with them. In this life nobody wants to be with someone who is negative and don't care about themselves.

Dont Worry, Be HAPPY :)

Any problems is shared and resolved by discuss further improve Internet technology one myself. Nothing a leader who gave directive. In fact, it are also used as one weapon among youth to 'attack' friends that does not unanimity without think its impact. Communication by personal such as already bound. Gajet like telephone already become a 'middlemen' to this time relationship.

My Dream Home

So what is my dream house? When I was a child, I dreamed of a house shaped like a doughnut. Rooms would be arranged in a ring around a central courtyard, and the courtyard would have a glass roof, and a steamy climate. i want to have 4 bedrooms and one master bad room, a mini library, a small cinema for fun and adventure. big garage, spacious and a pool at the side. mansion maybe, yeah, that's my dream house. it is big and spacious, enormous and most of all expensive! i cannot afford that house at my present working condition. by time will come to have this dream a reality, and hope that will not be that late.

of course having a big house it follows that the appliances and equipment should and must in harmony of the house theme or ambiance. big and bulky equipment yet elegantly made for my dream house, but more importantly i like that this house be called a home.

The Perfect Holiday

Malaysians love to spend their weekends in Cameron Highlands. Its cold weather and nice plants make it perfect for a relaxing holiday.

When I think about Cameron, I will think of strawberry, fresh vegetables, cactus and roses. Oh yea, and tea plantation!

I do visit Cameron Highlands once in a while. In fact, I spent the weekend just after my birthday (year 2009) in this popular vacation destination.

The first day, We were going at the Brinchang night market, we saw more snacks available. There are strawberries dipped in chocolate and honey, strawberry ice cream, grilled pearl sweet corn, fried sweet potato, dried strawberry, fried strawberry ice, kebab etc. It's too bad that we were too full!

Anyway, we bought some small roses and cactus. Ten Ringgit Malaysia for seven small pots of different types of cactus.

The next day, we have to rush back to Kuala Lumpur, therefore we just stopped at the Boh Tea Plantation on the way heading down the highland. The road to the tea plantation is very narrow and a bit dangerous but it's worth for it.

You can have a really great morning by having a cup of hot tea at the tea plantation cafe and admiring the marvelous view of wide spread tea plants. It's a great spot for photo.

Oh yea, don't forget to buy the famous Boh Tea as souvenir for your friends and relatives. There are few types of tea available. Black tea, red tea, green tea etc. Just pick what you like.

If you are interested to have a visit to Cameron Highland, you can get more information on cameron-highland-destination.com.

Why The Student Skip Class?

All students have had hundreds of teachers in their lifetimes. A very few of these teachers they remember as being exceptionally good. What are the qualities that combine to create an excellent, memorable teacher? Why do some teachers inspire students to work three times harder than they normally would, while others inspire students to skip class? Why do students learn more from some teachers than others?

let me start saying, "I hate college".I have no idea. I just hate having to wake up so early in the morning {6 am} and having to go to college.i cant stand it! and i know you need the education for the future and study, but is all that time really necessary?? and oh my god, the lectures have the nerve to give you HOMEWORK!! are you kidding me! first day at college was boring. When i worry about college, it can affect my body. A student who feels stressed about college might have headaches or stomachaches. Disliking college is sometimes because of a problem with people. Sometimes it's a problem with my classes and schoolwork. Maybe the work is too easy and i get bored. Or maybe the work is too hard, or i don't feel as smart as the other people. Reading may be difficult for me, but i'm are expected to do a lot of it. i may be getting farther and farther behind, and it may seem like i'll never catch up. There are many reasons why i may dislike college a lot or a little, and finding out why may be an important part of solving the problem. Even though i may worry about college in my brain, it can put a lot of stress on my body. That's why many people who say they hate college get a lot of headaches. Some people who have too much stress have a hard time making decisions. In the morning, i can't decide what to eat, what to wear, or what to pack for lunch. Why bother with college, anyway? Here's the reason, an education is the way to get what i really want in life. Think about all the choices offered at college. Besides math, reading, and science, there's art, music, sports, and clubs. thats why the students to skip class??
